At Pura Vida, we want you to love your purchase as much as we loved creating it. If you aren't 100% satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Decide whether you would like to exchange your item for a different style, receive store credit, or get a full refund to your original payment method.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely package your items, ensuring all original tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 4.
  Drop It Off

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
